On past May 28th, at Kolomenskoje State Museum Russia, took place the annual Symposium in the event rooms of the museum storage area under participation from ROTHSTEIN. Over 150 invited guests, museum directors, curators, representatives of the Ministry of Culture just as special task forces, parallel to the trade fair “Intermuseum Moscow”, visited the event in the evening and were able to experience the latest news of museum equipment. After an introductory report of the museum’s curator Ms. Poljakova and the opening speech of the museum’s director Ms. Kolessnikova, ROTHSTEIN Vitrinen GmbH Senior Designer Mr. Dipl.-Ing. Wlodek Stopa together with the Commercial Manager of the company, Mr. Dipl.-Kfm. Martin Speitmann and Dr. Nathalia Burckhardt from the company Burckhardt Internationale Kunst- und Kulturprojekte GmbH in Berlin, presented the deep product range of museum equipment, showcases, storage- and partition systems from ROTHSTEIN. Furthermore it was informed and discussed about product innovations, news from the international museum world just as latest developments in design and manufacturing of showcases and storage systems. Afterwards the guests had the possibility to inspect the storage systems delivered by Rothstein, all under guidance of the museum’s direction, such as pull-out storage systems, storage cabinets with glass doors, drawer cabinets and further storage equipment of highest quality, all of them of custom-made designthat the professional guests were able to be convinced of. After the equipment inspection the evening was at disposal for conversations, questions, suggestions and of course meat and drink. All in all a nice evening.
